The Neo-Hospital Radiator: Key Features
Following the release of the Ideal Hospital Radiator, the Neo-Hospital became the Ideal Standard’s next evolution in its hospital radiator range.
One of the key design distinctions across the Neo-Hospital’s depths is the proportions of its legs. The shallowest model features longer, more slender legs, giving it a narrower appearance that closely resembles a slim school radiator, rather than a traditional hospital model.
Many radiators have undergone stylistic changes to reflect shifting design trends. However, in the case of the Neo-Hospital, the only significant change from the Ideal Hospital Radiator was a slightly more curved top and a re-positioned bleed valve, now integrated directly into the radiator’s bush end—a feature typical of later Ideal Standard designs.
